Each bite is a celebration of bold spices and culinary craftsmanship. **Course 2: Yassa Chicken Experience** Delight in the iconic Yassa Chicken, marinated in a tantalizing mix of tangy mustard, citrus, and spices. Grilled to perfection, this dish embodies the essence of Senegalese street cuisine—bold, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. **Course 3: Thiéboudienne Extravaganza** Prepare your taste buds for the grandeur of Thiéboudienne, Senegal's national dish. A savory fusion of fish, rice, and vegetables, stewed to aromatic perfection. This culinary masterpiece celebrates Senegal's coastal abundance and culinary ingenuity. **Course 4: Bissap Bliss - Senegalese Refreshment** Pause for refreshment with Bissap, a vibrant hibiscus drink infused with local spices. This traditional beverage offers a delightful interlude, cleansing your palate and preparing you for the final courses. **Optional Course 5: Dakar Fataya Delight** Commence your gastronomic journey with Dakar's renowned meatpies—a harmonious blend of ground meat, aromatic spices, and delicate dough. This vendor is located on Ngor Island, a 5 minute boat ride from our meet up location. If interested you can stay on the island once the tour is finished for fun in the sun. And more depending on availability! **Physical Requirements:** Please note that participants should be comfortable walking for approximately two kilometers during the street food tour. Unfortunately, vegan or vegetarian options are not available for this tour.


Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our participants' needs. For cancellations, participants are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted at least one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled tour or class. Any cancellations made within the last week leading up to the class will not be eligible for a refund. Rescheduling requests can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled class. Participants may reschedule to an available date within a reasonable timeframe, subject to availability. If a participant fails to reschedule within this timeframe, they forfeit the opportunity to transfer their reservation to another date. In the case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we understand that exceptions may need to be considered. We encourage participants facing exceptional circumstances to contact our customer service team directly, and we will do our best to find an amicable solution. To enhance our support for local partners and ensure an optimal experience, we kindly require the tour deposit at the time of reservation. The remaining tour fee will be settled directly with your guide in local currency at the tour's onset. A location and final payment details will be emailed 24hrs prior, streamlining your preparations. This approach allows us to maximize support for local businesses, ensuring they reap the full benefits of our culinary adventures.
